Fickie’s Body Works is a 100% Namibian owned business that provides a Motor Body Repair Service to Government, Insurance Companies, Corporates, Fleet business, Rental companies and the general public. Fickie’s Body Works was established in 1990 and has been trading as a Panel Beating, Spray painting and Mechanical Repair Shop in the Grootfontein market since then. The business is equipped to do Major Structural repairs and Speed repairs. Fickie’s Body Works currently has a staff complement of 18 employees, dedicated to the perfect finish.
The size of the business premises is 3400 sq/m and provides for stripping and assembly. It has imported Hurricane spray booths and an administration block with reception facilities for clients. The workshop has the capacity to accommodate at least 40 cars. The business is located near all major suppliers of work, i.e. it has close link roads with the city and residential areas and is conveniently located for insurance clients.
For insurance claims the world over, the pressure is on to increase transparency, improve straight-through processing and provide world class customer service. That is why Fickie’s Body Works makes use of the Audatex Claim Solution.
